The room had great size. The bed was perfect. Food delivery was fast and hot each time. Night turndown service was fantastic. I will certainly stay again.

The hotel gym featured five treadmills, three elliptical machines, and a variety of weight machines. The pool area includes a large swimming pool, several jacuzzis, and comfortable lounge chairs. I liked the sauna, it was clean.

difficult contactexcessive parking fee
I found a couple things a bit off . The in-room TV malfunctioned, and it was surprisingly difficult to get hold of guest services at 2 AM. Figuring out which number to call was a puzzle. Valet parking cost $75. I had to go get my car myself. It would have been nice if the staff had been more understanding or apologetic when I mentioned these issues at checkout, instead of smirking.

Acceptable Stay. Some Issues Encountered
qr code system failuresignificant delay
The poolside bar service proved to be unsatisfactory. The QR code system for ordering drinks failed. Manual orders experienced significant delays. It took half an hour for drinks to arrive. A champagne bucket incurred a charge of $20, and its arrangement required approximately 45 minutes.
